Any applications without this demonstratable experience will not be considered.
This is an inflight programme and you will be expected to immediately hit the ground running and add value with your gravitas and influence. Whilst a programme manager level role delivering through other Project Managers, you will also be expected to roll your sleeves up and lead workstreams, crossing the divide between technical stakeholders and business stakeholders deftly communicating all project aspects.
You will perform a leadership and content role in helping to define and execute key delivery topics within a book of work spanning revenue growth initiatives; performance and security improvements; control environment enhancements and regulatory adherence.

- Ability to understand and interpret complex change, engaging with technical SMEs whilst ensuring this is translated appropriately to business stakeholders

- You will provide a “Total IT” approach wrapping all aspects (of your wider IT colleagues) of the IT platform including service, performance, security considerations.
- Expertise in managing budgets over £5m consisting of multiple funding sources and accounting treatments essential
