Job Title: Security Supplier Assurance Analyst

Salary: £37,263
What you’ll be doing:
- Security Aspects letter creation, distribution and management of records
- Consulting with major programmes and IT projects to ensure they comply with information security policies
- Investigating contraventions of information security policies, providing recommendations on resolution and future preventative and improvement actions to the Head of Information Security
- Communicating information security aspects to the business, partners, and suppliers, and for the provision of authoritative security advice at all levels of the enterprise
- Management of allocated Suppliers and Compliance Stakeholder engagement
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to take a systematic approach to analyse and investigate security issues and to develop solutions or improvements
- Experience of the implementation or operation of policies
- Proven Stakeholder management skills – an ability to engage across all levels
Desirable:
- Exposure to audit/compliance
- ISO27001 qualification
- Worked within a large cross functional business

The Compliance team:
This is a new role within a small team, in which this area of the business is expected to grow rapidly over the coming years.You will play a key role in being a steward of UK defence policy, giving you development and growth into other business areas.
You will be liaising with customers and partners across the whole business. This is a great opportunity to get exposure across the business working with a variety of stakeholders and being able to influence the security aspects of all future land munitions products. There is the potential to develop into auditing of suppliers in this role.
