Job Description:
We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our Team, in Filton.
The Human Resources Advisor will provide support to the HR Business Partner in ensuring HR policies are applied and that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in the business area in line with local legislation and the HR strategy.
This role will be the perfect opportunity for a student to get a varied and rich first experience and grow as a HR professional being completely embedded into the team and processes.
You will be working alongside the HRBP locally and you will also be part of a transnational & transdivisional team who is keen to support your development on the role.
The Role :
Master HR processes and provide support to the HR Business Partner
Support the team with deployment of HR campaigns
Be a local inclusion and diversity advocate
Help develop relationships with schools / universities
Support the implementation of HR projects
Suggest and implement improvements to our ways of working
Be the mypulse (Workday) & SAP focal point & support the team with transactional activities
Support talent Management activities for the HR function (Well-being, Succession Plan, Development Path)
Update Workday related to all the actions of the employee life cycle; from hire to retire; and be the interface with HR Analyst (Reward Operations)
Support the HRBP in organising and preparing respective reviews and ensure quality and timely inputs from managers
Learn and grow and in time, be able to handle regular enquiries related to HR policies and processes that cannot be managed through self-service (e.g. the Hub, HR Direct, HR Chatbot)
Work with HRBP on HR risks by gathering and analysing data such as absenteeism, E&C training completion, time management etc.
Experience required:
Previous experience in HR would be beneficial, ideally in one or several of the following activities: HR legal, payroll, HR analyst, digital, recruitment, learning…
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google-suite
Deep understanding of HR policies, processes & systems
Strong IT/Data analytics skills. We want to take our reporting methods to the next level, to drive evidence based actions
