Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Graduates)

What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver the Graduate Personal Effectiveness Programme to Graduates across our UK Business Units using a blended learning approach through a combination of Online and Classroom based methodologies
- Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
- Delivery to group sizes that could vary with travel across the UK with overnight stays
- Contribute to the development of the PE Programme as required, supporting reviews and sharing recommendations. Review and reflect on feedback making changes to continuous improvement
- Take responsibility to manage and undertake graduate coaching sessions aligned to a Coaching Framework.Coaching graduates to reach their potential providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey
- Take professional pride in the role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment
- Supporting additional projects associated with the training activities as required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Coaching experience gained within a corporate L&D environment
- Experienced professional in Personal Effectiveness training and Graduate coaching
Desirable:
- Training & Development qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
