WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this Opportunity
You'll be responsible for designing, launching and enhancing products for 65,000 colleagues. You'll collaborate with other teams, partners and stakeholders to help drive improvements and reimagine the LBG employee experience. You should have a deep understanding of the different facets of user experience including research, information architecture, usability testing, and applying it to create compelling digital experiences.

You’llbe responsible for:
Leadership responsibility with effective coaching to drive high performance across the team
Creating and delivering new propositions, or problem solving by enhancing existing colleague policy standards and guidance, creating improved experiences and measurable productivity gains.
Embedding change to ensure our policy standards are being used by managers and colleagues, tracking measures to assess their impact.
Benchmarking, data analysis and horizon scanning to identify emerging colleague needs and future changes to policy standards and colleague propositions which will help us attract talent of the future
Solving colleague and business problems in our cultural systems, policies, and processes.
Identifying root causes of cultural challenges. Designing improvements and helping create new propositions that address systemic issues effectively.
Building relationships with senior stakeholders and partners, to create alignment and build advocacy for changes planned across the organisation.
Prioritise activities to deliver change at pace that will enhance business performance and release value quickly.
What you will need
You're Customer (colleague) Centric– Our colleagues are our customers. Promoting the value of customer outcomes with team and peers and ensures work efforts achieve these. Anticipates customer’s needs and uses customer input and steer to present targeted, integrated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.
Creative and Innovative Problem Solving:Out-of-the-box thinking and a continuous improvement focus, with the ability to shape complex solutions to meet business needs.
Business and Commercial Insight –Seeks business insights to make informed, commercially benefiting decisions, generating new ideas to deliver increased value and gain competitive edge.
Product and proposition development -Track record of successfully developing and delivering end to end products and propositions or identifying and fixing problems and exploiting opportunities that lead to improved colleague experience and/or productivity gains.
Excellent written/verbal communication -Ability to build concise and logical storyboards suitable for a senior audience and deliver complex messages in a concise manner.
Deliveryand resilience -Change focused mentality in a fast-paced and constantly evolving internal and external environment. Delivering and embedding change for the long-term, engaging colleagues in the change and rationale. Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently and provide guidance and training to others to make sure a project stays on track to achieve its ultimate goals.
Stakeholder management:Able to maximise relationships in order to support successful delivery of new propositions. Develops and improves relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes.
