What you’ll be doing:
- Co-ordinating the development and delivery of our education and skills programmes and events at a range of key stages (from Key Stage 1 – Key Stage 5 and NEETS) including coordinating and training STEM ambassadors to deliver programmes which could include; Work Experience, Lego Robotics, Engineering Fairy Tales and STEAM Clubs.
- Effective engagement with, and management of, key internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate and align delivery against Education Services Strategy.
- Acting as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ within Education Services, providing proactive advice, guidance and support to all relevant operational areas and providers.
- Lead on the effective reporting of service performance, producing regular reports and KPI updates.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of working with young people (within the 4-25 age range) in community, charity or educational setting
- Qualifications or experience in STEM programmes
- Proven stakeholder management
- Experience of managing projects
Desirable:
- Coaching, training or teaching experience

The Early Careers team:
As an Early Careers Practitioner within Education Services, you will be co-ordinating the delivery of the education and skills activity across the Submarines business unit, in alignment with Early Careers & Skills process and practices across the UK operation.
