About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Product Manager to join our Digital Service Performance Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Commercial Banking Online Platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and delivery of high-quality communications and adoption of new services with our client base.
The Digital Service Performance team cover everything from Communication, Live chat, Performance monitoring and reporting, Knowledge management & Peer benchmarking. We are a highly motivated, fun team that play a key role within the Digital Channels lab by driving the Digital strategy, being the voice of the customer and communicating our vision.
What you'll be doing
Own the digital communication strategy for Commercial clients using the Commercial Banking Online Platform, ensuring clarity, relevance, and impact across all touchpoints.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to define and prioritise client communication.
Measure and optimise performance, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve the client experience and campaign performance.
Identify and embed new tools and practices to optimise the way we engage and support our digital clients.

What you'll need
Proven experience in product management, ideally within digital channels or financial services.
Great energy, passion and attention to detail above everything!
Ability to produce high quality and engaging communications.
Good understanding of commercial client needs and digital servicing platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, client-friendly solutions.
