As aProduct Owner,you’llplay ahands‑onrole in shaping and delivering capabilities acrosspayments and customer details management journeys,operatingwithin ahighly regulated,customer‑criticalenvironmentserving millions of digital customers.
You’llbe accountable for defining,prioritisingand delivering value through your product backlog, ensuring solutions meetclear customer needs, align withbusiness outcomes, andoperatesafely withinregulatory and risk expectations.
Working closely withEngineers, Experience Designers, Customer Journey Managers, Platforms, Risk and Control partners,you’lltranslate complex customer and business needs intoclear, actionable backlog itemsthat teams can confidently build and release.
This is adelivery‑focusedrole, balancing strategic intent withday‑to‑dayexecution, and ensuring what we ship genuinely improves customer and business outcomesend‑to‑end.
You’llbe working on products that support millions of customers and play a critical role in how people interact with their money.This role offers real influence over how new capabilities are shaped, tested and scaled within one of the UK’s largest digital banking platforms.
