What you'll do:
A dual role across the Enterprise Architect Team and the UKIMEA Technical Community.
Enterprise Architects – This team’s role is to build transformative outcome focused solutions from HPE’s broad portfolio for our most strategic customers and partners.
- Working with our Enterprise Architects, learning how we create HPE solutions
- Managing the deal forecast information, reporting, managing and creating data dashboards
- Using ai tools to create more effective working practices
- Ensuring accurate and timely CRM data in the SFDC platform
UKIMEA Technical Community – Our technical community is made up of technical presales resources with either a core speciality or aligned cross portfolio. The resources have their own leadership and own business units so the role of the Technical Community is to pull it all together across its disparate layout.
- Working across peers in your roles and others in the business to understand what is happening in all teams and regions and using this to help build comms and updates on multiple platforms
- Learning about governance and helping to track and report on business key performance indicators
- Helping to lead strategic programmes that drives continuous improvement in the community
- Analyse business data and creating management reports through the use of AI tools
What you’ll need:
- Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement, and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2026 for 13 months.
- You'll have self-motivation to work independently, be confident in your resourcefulness, but aware when you need to ask for help and guidance
- You will have good time management and organizational skills while being structured in your approach
- You'll be adaptable in handling new and evolving requirements, and comfortable working under tight timescales
- Be prepared to travel when necessary
- Show Creativity in approaching projects and bold in asking questions
- You'll have a degree background that demonstrates business, finance, and analytical skills
- Exceptional written, visual and oral communication skills and comfortable talking to people of all seniority levels
- Team oriented and collaborative mindset.
