As a Product Owner, you’ll work within a dynamic lab environment, leading a small team passionate about delivering incremental value through innovative features, journeys or technology components. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure your product delivers meaningful outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and prioritise user stories to meet customer needs and improve journeys
- Lead and refine the team product backlog to ensure delivery of value
- Support development of team objectives and key results and track product performance and benefits
- Lead product change governance and business readiness activities
- Investigate incidents and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks
- Implement development frameworks and coach others across the organisation

What you’ll need:
- Confirmed experience in delivering data products using Google Cloud Platform or equivalent
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and user story development
- Ability to manage backlogs and prioritise effectively based on value
- Familiarity with change governance and readiness processes
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
