About the role
Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are now recruiting for an Operations Associate to join the Receipts team. The Receipts team are responsible for applying payments in to client's accounts in a timely manner and working with a variety of teams across the business to provide an excellent service to our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start or continue a career within Savings and Investments within Client Accounts. If you are driven to succeed, have a willingness to learn and like to be challenged on a daily basis then please read on!
What does the role involve?
- You’ll be working with a variety of different systems to aid the processing and receipt of payments into our clients' accounts.
- You will have an active part in running reports, utilising Excel and analysing financial data to account for any abnormalities.
- We pride ourselves in providing the best service for our clients and you will have an active part in handling their accounts. Client Accounts are highly trusted team and will take ownership for resolving any issues that are presented.
- Being the eyes and ears of the Clients Account team, you may be required to handle client queries surrounding their accounts.
- You’ll be able to suggest ideas in how on how to improve team processes to ensure that they continue to be reliable and effective.
Skills you can bring to us!
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in analysing large sets of data
- Driven to work collaboratively to achieve results
- Confident to present new ideas to enhance our client’s experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in using Excel or running reports through a similar system
- Taking pride in your work
- Having a keen interest in data and finance and eager to shape a career within this field.
- Experience within a finance role is advantageous but not essential
- Maths & English GCSE Grade C and above
- With a focus on personal and professional development, you will have access to several courses and can even take part in industry recognised qualifications to help support you meet your career goals.
