Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (plus annual team performance bonus)

As Partnerships Executive, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted contact for sponsors, partners, and members, helping them get real value from their relationship with techSPARK. You’ll play a key role in bringing people together, shaping collaborative opportunities, and supporting the commercial growth that fuels our mission.

What you’ll be doing
- Generating, qualifying, and supporting partnership and sponsorship leads.
- Assisting with renewals, proposals, pitches, and partner communications.
- Delivering partnership benefits across content, campaigns, and events.
- Keeping CRM records up to date and managing an accurate commercial pipeline.
- Representing techSPARK at events and external meetings.
- Reporting on activity and making sure commercial updates feed into wider performance goals.
What you bring
- 1–3 years’ experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
- Great relationship building skills and confident communication.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage data and reporting.
- An adaptable, enthusiastic approach and an interest in commercial growth.

- Accurate CRM data, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Strong collaboration with Growth, Events, and Delivery teams.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with the Growth Marketer plus the Events and Delivery teams. Together, you’ll ensure every partnership supports community engagement and delivers meaningful value.
