As Senior Marketing Manager for the Social & Influencer team, you’ll shape and deliver innovative social-first campaigns and influencer partnerships that drive engagement, brand affinity, and commercial impact. You’ll champion bold, disruptive thinking and creative excellence, making quick, informed decisions to ensure our social presence is market-leading and culturally relevant.
What you’ll be doing…!
- Lead Social & Influencer Strategy: Define and execute the social & influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and full-funnel marketing plans.
- Ownership of Social BAU and Campaign Calendar: Lead the planning, development and delivery of best in class social content – defining how our brands show up in organic and boosted social channels. You’ll ensure the timely delivery of high-impact social-first moments and influencer activations, shaped by audience insights and cultural trends.
- Performance & Optimisation: Maintain a relentless focus on performance by overseeing social reporting, using analytics to optimise campaigns and scale successful approaches.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Drive innovation, testing new formats, platforms, and influencer models to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with relevant Full Funnel partners, GCA, agencies, and influencer and platform partners (inc. TikTok, Meta, and YouTube).
- Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for social and influencer marketing, championing best practice and emerging trends across the business.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What you’ll need...!
- Leadership & Team Development: Validated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social team. You'll be highly skilled at setting direction, motivating others, and fostering a collaborative, creative culture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define and lead data-driven social strategies that turn brand vision into culturally relevant, high-performing campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding and experience of all major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn), including algorithms, audience behaviours, emerging trends and best practices. Able to demonstrate success in identifying new opportunities and driving creative innovation across platforms.
- Influencer Management: Significant and validated experience in developing influencer strategy; identifying creators, briefing content, and assessing impact to ensure brand aligned, engaging, high quality content.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners, agencies, and influencers to unlock innovation and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Content & Creative Excellence: Strong editorial and visual judgement, with the ability to guide creative development and ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and impactful.
