We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our UK Finance team who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to embrace challenges. This apprenticeship offers a unique chance to build a solid foundation in finance while gaining practical, real-world experience. You’ll learn core principles such as financial accounting, analysis and the role of finance in business strategy. Alongside technical skills, you’ll develop digital proficiency, problem-solving abilities and effective communication techniques. Within the role you’ll grow professionally, preparing for a successful career in finance.
We’ll give you plenty of support to be able to balance your study time alongside your role.
What can I look forward to?
Alongside your role, you’ll complete either:
The apprenticeship will take between 18 and 21 months. In addition to investing in your learning, we give you time to study as well as the opportunity to put what you learn into practice.
Your qualification is just the start of your career at Zurich. Once your apprenticeship is complete you will have plenty of opportunities to put your new skills into practice while continuing to develop and grow.

Due to government restrictions, you must have the permanent right to reside and work in the UK before you apply. Also, you must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years at the time of application.

Grade C or above in at least 3 A-levels including a numerical subject (Maths, Statistics, Physics, Economics and Accounting) for the Level 4 Apprenticeship
NB: Due to Apprenticeship funding rules, we can only accept applicants who haven’t completed a qualification in the same field at the same or higher level to the course you are applying for.
