What you’ll be doing
This is a critical Executive Assistant role supporting the Managing Director of Unsecured Lending within Consumer Lending at Lloyds Banking Group. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll play a key role in setting the rhythm of the leadership team and enabling robust, timely decision‑making across a complex and fast‑moving environment. Alongside this, you’ll support effective governance and delivery across Unsecured Lending, coordinating papers, actions and follow‑ups to enable well‑informed decisions. You’ll produce impactful, high‑visibility materials for senior audiences, undertake research and analysis across a wide range of topics, and continuously look for ways to improve how the leadership team operates. This is a role for someone comfortable operating at pace, exercising strong judgement, handling sensitive matters with confidence and delivering outstanding outcomes through others.
