You’ll be the first point of contact for IT queries, helping users resolve issues and requests quickly and efficiently. Working in a busy service desk environment, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of customer service while gaining valuable experience in a large-scale IT operation.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries
- Logging and managing requests through service management systems
- Providing clear guidance and updates to users
- Resolving incidents or escalating where needed
- Keeping users informed on progress and outcomes
- Delivering high-quality customer service at all times
- Working with teams to improve service and support processes
- Supporting service improvement and team targets
What we’re looking for
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- A strong interest in IT or technology support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, patient approach
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work towards ITIL or service management qualifications
