Federal Account Manager - Immersive Labs

The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Public Sector team in the U.S. and are looking for a Federal Account Manager to join our team, focusing on acquiring and growing key accounts across the Federal/DoD space. In this role, you will lead efforts to introduce Immersive Labs' platform to top agencies, drive value, and expand relationships within these flagship accounts.
Working in a new and fast-growing technology category, you'll deliver immediate value to cybersecurity leaders by helping them solve one of their biggest challenges—the cybersecurity skills gap. You will have the full support of marketing, presales, channel sales, and customer success teams as you work to meet your objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business acquisition across the largest Federal/DoD customers and agencies, then expand Immersive Labs' presence within these accounts.
Use marketing leads, technical resources, and partnerships to accelerate growth and customer engagement.
Attend and suggest relevant industry events to increase visibility and showcase the value of our platform in solving critical cyber challenges.
Work closely with customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling within key accounts.
Represent Immersive Labs and embody its values in every interaction with prospective and current clients.
Who You Are:
7+ years of experience selling to large Federal/DoD accounts, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proven ability to navigate the unique challenges that come with it.
A deep understanding of the challenges that CISOs and senior cybersecurity leaders face, and an ability to articulate how Immersive Labs can help address these.
A track record of successfully winning new accounts and expanding relationships, ideally within Federal or DoD environments.
Experience leading complex sales cycles and educating clients on the value of innovative cybersecurity technologies.
Skilled at leveraging all available resources—channel partners, SDRs, presales, and more—to execute on account plans efficiently.
