SALARY: £67,023 - £74,470

HOURS: Full-time

What you’ll be doing
We have a fantastic opportunity for a naturally curious and analytically minded individual to join Retail Finance, supporting the Branch Transformation programme.
The Branch Transformation Programme is a major, multi‑year strategic initiative focused on reshaping Lloyds Banking Group’s physical presence, cost base, and colleague deployment across the branch network. It is highly analytical, commercially significant, and deeply cross‑functional, drawing in Finance, Property, HR, Community Banking, Customer Engagement & COO teams. The programme also plays a central role in delivering benefits for the Group’s wider multi‑year operating plan.
This role will be front and centre of the programme, providing high-quality finance support to key stakeholders across the group. In this role you will be helping the business to model, shape and forecast the financial impacts of the programme; ensuring costs, benefits, operational changes and FTE impacts are accurately modelled, tracked & delivered.
This will involve partnering closely with finance, platform and operational teams by providing insightful & well considered analysis, enhancing forecast accuracy, and ensuring robust financial governance throughout programme delivery.
You will interact & influence a broad range of customers and will communicate directly with finance business partners & a large network of colleagues across the Retail business.

What we’re looking for?
We're looking for someone who can learn subject matter expertise quickly, is driven, curious, and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Background that are important for this role are:
- High degree of numeracy and ability to understand, analyse and process complex data into a clear succinct story
- Proven delivery in strong analytical & modelling capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Consistent record of managing stakeholders, including preparation and delivery of high-quality analytical insight
- The ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a passion for solving problems with technology and data
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous
- 2+ years of relevant finance experience is beneficial
Desirable
- Having a financial qualification, or proactively working towards one, is considered helpful
