Job Title: Talent & Learning Lead

Salary: Circa £73,000, dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting feedback and insights from the sector to ensure CoE activities align with business needs
- Overseeing the planning and execution of Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives across the line of business and sector
- Supporting the overall plan to develop and deliver against an integrated view of Talent & Learning processes
- Enabling cross-functional collaboration between lines of business and sector teams on all talent-related initiatives
- Coaching-focused line of business supporting People teams in the areas of talent and organizational development
- Managing and resolving complex queries requiring business knowledge and face-to-face handling
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge and insight of Talent, Leadership, Learning and Performance
- Awareness of external market standards and trends
- Ability to analyse information from a variety of sources and make evidence-based decisions
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively to deliver medium- to long-term value on initiatives with complex scope and wide-reaching impact
Desirable:
- HR or related subject qualification
- Chartered member of CIPD, equivalent or working towards

The Talent & Learning Team:
We’re looking for a Talent and Learning Lead to join us at our Scotstoun site. In this role, you’ll drive the delivery of our global Talent Strategy by aligning it with business planning across sectors and functions. You’ll lead key initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, skills gap analysis, and external talent pipelines—ensuring high-value impact across the organisation.
