Job Title: PMO Planning Manager

Salary: Starting from £56,000 depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team in the planning and reporting of the entire Site & Facilities portfolio
- Managing the production of site-wide planning reports to be presented to senior management and customers
- Driving and maintaining reporting cadence within the Site & Facilities Project delivery organisation
- Working closely with area managers and Heads of Departments
- Supervisory responsibilities and providing information/technical direction and guidance
- Coaching the team, monitoring the quality of work and contributing to performance management
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
- Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2) or equivalent experience
- Previous team leadership experience
- Primavera P6 proficiency
Desirable:
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Previous experience working within Site & Facilities / Infrastructure environment
- RIBA plan of work knowledge

This is a high-visibility role supporting a programme of work worth over £1 billion, offering the chance to make a significant and lasting impact. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
