Job Title: Senior Inclusion Manager

Salary:Circa £78,500 depending on experience plus executive benefits
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead delivery of the Employee Resource Group strategy for the United Kingdom and international locations.
- Evolve the Employee Resource Group strategy to meet business needs and support all employees.
- Lead cross-business and function initiatives aligned with the company’s corporate inclusion goals.
- Act as the senior point of contact between the Employee Resource Group programme, the central Inclusion team, and business areas to ensure strategic alignment
- Represent the company with government, industry bodies, and regulators on matters relating to employee resource groups
- Provide thought leadership to influence and inspire inclusive practices across the organisation
- Engage and influence senior leaders to gain support for employee resource group strategies and initiatives
- Report on progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders, including executive audiences
Your skills and experiences:
- Proven business leadership and understanding of how inclusion is used to support business performance.
- Proven experience leading employee-focused programmes and cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding Employee Resource Group strategies in multinational or complex organisations
- Knowledge of external inclusion practices from industry bodies, professional networks, and regulatory guidance
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and embed inclusion within wider business strategies

The Team:
This role sits within the Group Sustainability Culture & Business Transformation team, reporting directly to the Group Social Sustainability Director. You will join a knowledgeable and committed team focused on driving inclusion and cultural transformation across a large multinational organisation. Working autonomously, you will lead the development and delivery of the Employee Resource Group programme, influencing senior leaders and collaborating across business sectors to implement impactful, organisation-wide initiatives.
