This is an opportunity to work as an Enterprise Architect on some of the UK’s most complex and critical technology environments. You’ll help shape and embed enterprise architecture across a defined area of the organisation, guiding technical direction, influencing senior decision-makers, and managing architectural risk.

- Advising senior stakeholders and translating complex architecture into clear, actionable guidance
- Influencing decisions, managing dependencies, and identifying risks early
- Working closely with engineers, delivery teams, business colleagues and external partners
- Supporting and mentoring other architects, with line management responsibilities as you become established
- Collaborating across departments and occasionally travelling to UK sites to support joined‑up working
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience working as an Enterprise Architect
- Experience leading others, mentoring colleagues, or line managing teams
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and standards (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, MODAF)
- Experience translating organisational goals into clear architectural strategies
- Confidence leading design initiatives and managing architectural risk
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- A collaborative approach and the ability to adapt priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Why this role?
- Work on unique, cutting‑edge technology you won’t find elsewhere
- Tackle complex, meaningful problems with real‑world impact
- Influence decisions at a senior level
- Develop your leadership and architectural career in a supportive environment
- Be part of a mission‑driven organisation with a clear sense of purpose
