The Fraud Prevention Centre (FPC) is a strategic capability within HMRC Security, designed to safeguard customers and the organisation against identity-related fraud and emerging threats. Its mission is built on three interconnected pillars: Protection, Detection, and Response, all underpinned by advanced threat intelligence and customer support. The Centre operates across multiple functional areas, including Proactive Protection, Customer Support & Response, and Strategy & Advisory, to deliver a holistic approach to fraud prevention.
Job description
The Fraud Prevention Centre (FPC) is a critical component of HMRC's security and fraud prevention ambition. As the organisation continues to develop and mature this capability, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to support the delivery of change across the FPC-led portfolio.
This role will help ensure that change arising from programmes, projects, policy, and standards is successfully implemented into operational environments. The post holder will support the planning, coordination, and embedding of change activities, helping teams understand impacts, prepare for implementation, realise benefits, and adopt new ways of working.
Working closely with delivery teams, subject matter experts, operational colleagues, and stakeholders across HMRC, the role will contribute to the effective implementation of identity-related policies, standards, and data governance requirements. Through supporting change delivery and operational adoption, the post holder will help strengthen fraud prevention capability and improve the consistency and effectiveness of controls across the Fraud Prevention Centre.
