All about the role

This role is a key player in supporting the Global Product & Tech business across our regional offices. You'll be responsible for driving accurate forecasting, providing strategic business support, and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment. Strong business partnering experience is essential, as you'll collaborate closely with Global Product & Tech stakeholders while also working alongside Global Finance teams to coordinate month-end management reporting and budgeting cycles.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Be the lead business partner for Global Product & Tech Senior Management, with the ability to advise and challenge stakeholders
Actively engage in the monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for the Product & Tech function across multiple regions
Ability to provide accurate and insightful information to decision makers in a timely manner
Perform financial analysis to support variance analysis against budget
Drive financial assessment to support operational projects and investment cases
Transform and continuously improve existing financial reporting models
Maintain monthly FTE Reporting

What will you bring to the table?

Qualified Accountant with experience in FP&A or Business Partnering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
High level of accountability and ability to instill trust across the business.
