About this role:
As a Product Manager in the Growth team at JET, you will play an important role in identifying a plan, and execute opportunities for product-led growth, by empowering everyday user convenience and creating efficient and seamless journeys that match user demand to relevant value propositions. You would also be responsible for the associated tooling that enables JET to drive engagement with our customer base. This role places emphasis on a growth mindset, clear strategic planning, and agile execution, while also incorporating essential leadership, analytical, and communication skills for the role.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Develop and drive a short-to-mid term product strategy that aligns with a clear three-year vision and supports company growth targets.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure product initiatives meet objectives for acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Lead continuous product discovery, blending quantitative data, UX research, and market insights to uncover and validate growth opportunities relevant to your objectives, and define how these can be measured and validated.
- Design and run experiments (e.g., A/B tests, user interviews, surveys) to iterate and optimize product features, make informed and evidence-based decisions for improved user engagement.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration with designers, researchers, analysts, and engineering teams to optimise impact and progress towards goals.
What will you bring to the table?
- Proven experience in growth-focused product management delivering initiatives that boost customer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
- Preferred experience with marketing tools and technology, vouchers and offers, SEO, CRM, or deeplinking.
- Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to communicate trade-offs and priorities to stakeholders, manage expectations
