KeyResponsibilities
●MaintainandaccuratelyupdatePartnercommissionratesandchanges.
●EnsureprecisecalculationofsplitpaymentsresultingfromPartnerownershipchanges.
●Processbankforms,verifyingthatallsupportingdocumentscomplywiththeChangeofBankprocess.
●Accountforandjournalanypaymentsreturnedbythebank.
●AssistwiththeChangeofOwnershipprocess,ensuringcorrectandtimelyactionsaretaken.
●Supportregularfollow-upofheldpaymentstominimizetheirvolume,value,andduration.
●RespondprofessionallytointernalrequestsfromallUKdepartments.
●Handleinternalandexternalqueries,bothwrittenandface-to-face,inaprofessionalandtimelymanner.
●ProvideholidayandabsencecoverforotherO2CAccountantsasneeded.
●SupporttheO2CTeamLead–UKwithad-hoctasksandprojects.
