Day to day responsibilities
Establish pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicate these integration points to relevant stakeholders.
Identify blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, escalating to product owner(s) / platform leadership where required.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Platform, Risk, and the wider Group, acting as a strategic business partner.
Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
Provide insight and analysis to enable informed decision‑making, supporting Platform Leads to achieve goals.
Lead key meetings, working collaboratively across and beyond the Platform to provide clear updates on progress and ensure transparency.
Contribute to platform‑wide initiatives and ad‑hoc priorities, bringing structure, challenge, and delivery focus where needed.
