The Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) Platform, part of the Consumer Relationships Business Unit, plays a pivotal role in delivering the Group’s personalisation strategy—making customer interactions more relevant while unlocking the full potential of Cloud technology.
As the PEC platform undergoes a major transformation, this is a unique opportunity to join as a Lead Technical Integrator. You’ll be at the centre of this evolution, helping shape the future of our platform model and leading the delivery of simpler, more skilled, and faster ways of working that drive better customer outcomes.
This role operates at leadership level, coordinating both business and technology change, and is responsible for managing complex, high-risk implementations and dependencies across internal teams, Group Executive Functions, and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage integration points across Labs/Platforms, ensuring alignment and visibility for all stakeholders.
Coordinate technical dependencies between the platform and external teams, including other platforms, Group functions, and third parties.
Lead complex and high-risk implementations, ensuring safe and timely delivery across multiple internal and external parties.
Mentor and coach Technical Integrators and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Develop and sequence integration tasks in collaboration with Lab leadership, aligned to the Lab backlog.
Catalogue and manage platform dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to delivery.
Lead shared infrastructure integration events, such as upgrades, and coordinate the SI process to ensure successful change delivery.
Support governance activities, such as PRIA, across multiple programmes, providing integration expertise.
Champion Agile ways of working, embedding best practices and delivery discipline across teams.
Promote operational resilience through SRE principles and risk management.
Influence and align senior stakeholders across engineering, product, and business domains to ensure delivery success.

What you’ll need:
Extensive experience in technical delivery roles, including a reasonable time spent in a leadership, mentoring, or coaching capacity.
Comprehensive, hands-on experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven background working with data platforms, including data pipelines, analytics, and integration.
Proven track record of delivering change in regulated environments.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and engineering best practices.
Strong technical background with a passion for engineering excellence.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Demonstrated growth mindset, continuously learning and upskilling to stay ahead of evolving technologies.
Knowledge of SRE/operational risks, considerations, and processes.
