Consumer Servicing & Engagement (CS&E) – Who we are & what we do!
Here in CS&E, we run the UK’s largest digital retail bank with over 23 million active online and mobile users. We help customers manage their money safely, confidently, and in ways that feel simple and intuitive.
Our purpose is to build deeper more trusted relationships with our customers and support them to improve their financial lives by offering valuable, engaging and human-like digital banking experiences.
We own the experience and customer journeys across most of the major servicing journeys, including Access, the overall structure and look and feel of the App, understanding your transactions, Payments, Account Overview page, Open Banking and more — designing seamless experiences at huge scale.
We’re on a multi‑year transformation, strengthening engineering practices, maturing Product & Journey ownership, and improving cross‑functional flow.
As Agile Delivery Lead you will coordinate and integrate delivery of technical components that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Labs and third parties. In this role you’ll be pivotal in shaping outcomes for millions of customers every day.

- Use your experience to develop the optimised plan and sequence of delivery tasks in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering Leads and aligned to the Lab backlog.
- Cataloguing and leading dependencies between the lab and other teams ensuring they are interlocked and as well as monitoring delivery. This will require working closely with colleagues outside of your lab or platform
- Co-ordinating implementation readiness and implementation events themselves. Leading on Service Introduction and governance requirements
- Identifying blockers to delivery by proactively monitoring, trouble shooting and diagnosing technical issues, raising to Lead Product Owners or Engineering Leads where required.
- Acting as interface between suppliers (3rd Party) and key business colleagues supporting the management of delivery business critical programmes.
- Running complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
Whatyou’llneed:
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology and tools, with experience managing delivery across multiple agile teams.
- Uses a servant‑leadership approach to create an environment where colleagues feel respected, appreciated, and valued.
- Able to prioritise and coordinate high‑priority or complex change initiatives across the Group.
- Builds and sustains long‑term stakeholder relationships at all levels, using strong personal impact and strategic positioning.
- Resolves stakeholder conflict, gains consensus, and influences outcomes to support delivery.
- Draws on status reporting, roadmaps, and agile ceremonies to form clear views on progress, risks, issues, and overall delivery health.
- Takes accountability for accurate delivery forecasting and resolves high‑priority delivery blockers.
- Proactively identifies risks, issues, and dependencies that may not be immediately visible and helps others recognise and manage them.
- Seeks continuous opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and governance effectiveness.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage Agile delivery, track progress, document dependencies, and support clear cross‑team communication.
