JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Lex Autolease Corporate - New Business
LOCATION: National (Flexible)
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office hubs.
What you’ll be doing
Ready to lead enterprise growth at the heart of the UK’s fleet and mobility transformation? This is a senior commercial leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, win complex new business and lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment.
You’ll sit within the Lex Autolease Corporate Sales leadership team, owning new‑to‑bank growth across large corporate customers. Working closely with colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group, you’ll set a sector‑led go‑to‑market strategy, identify and convert major opportunities, and ensure disciplined execution across pricing, governance and risk.
You’ll lead and develop a Business Development team, setting the deployment model, coaching performance and maintaining a healthy, high‑quality pipeline. From bid/no‑bid decisions and tender responses to deal structuring and senior stakeholder negotiation, you’ll take accountability for winning sustainable, profitable growth.
Alongside this, you’ll build strong external networks with OEMs, dealer partners and industry bodies, representing Lex Autolease in the market and supporting customers on their journey towards more sustainable mobility solutions.
