We're looking for an experienced, commercially astute Director of Operations to lead our Product, Project Management and Support teams, drive operational excellence and help shape the next stage of our growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong SaaS or software background, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge, influence and deliver at executive level.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, driving accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage competing priorities across Commercial, Product, Technology and Support, balancing business ambitions with delivery capacity.
- Influence and constructively challenge C-suite stakeholders, resolving conflicts and driving effective decisions.
- Oversee complex software delivery programmes, resource planning, service quality and operational performance.
- Build scalable processes, improve efficiency and support commercial profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior operational leadership experience within a SaaS, software or technology business.
- Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations and delivery processes.
- A decisive, pragmatic leader who can navigate conflicting priorities, challenge unrealistic expectations and hold teams accountable.
- Strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking and a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
