About this role:
The role of an Employee Relations Case Manager involves managing and fostering positive relationships between employees and the organization. The case manager is responsible for addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. You will play a pivotal role in mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to both employees and management. Through effective communication and problem-solving, Employee Relations Case Managers contribute to a harmonious work environment that promotes employee well-being and organizational success.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Apply employment standards and labour laws for legal compliance ensuring accurate validation of country specific regulations
- Manage internal People policies and update policies to reflect localization requirements, maintaining quality standards
- Establish meaningful relationships and communication within the People Team, including HRBPs, and between key stakeholders across departments assigned
- Guide and support (hearing) managers on actions relating to underperformance, flexible working, disciplinaries, probations and grievances/whistleblowing; support with documentation and best practices
What will you bring to the table?
- Minimum of 1 years direct ER experience
- Ability to research and apply employment standards, labour laws, and ensure workplace application
- Promote positive culture, support leaders, maintain SLAs for satisfaction
