About this role:
We’re looking for a driven and independent Product Manager to join our Customer Platform Experience domain, to help deliver a global experience that feels like a local in all our markets through seamless platforms delivering dynamic and relevant content to our customers supporting acquisition and retention in every market we serve.
In this role, you'll collaborate daily with diverse teams across the entire organisation to deliver robust platform capabilities that enable personalised, relevant, and locally-relevant customer experiences in 17 countries across the globe, from Auckland to Vancouver, with a key focus on European markets.

- A growth mindset, with a strong eagerness to learn and a focus on continuous improvement, valuing progress over perfection.
- An ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
What will you bring to the table?
- Previous experience in Product Management roles, ideally with a focus on platform or CMS management, and localisation technologies in a global organisation
- A strong sense of customer empathy combined with strategic thinking — you understand how to deliver globally scalable solutions that feel local and relevant
- Comfort navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, and balancing competing priorities
- A creative approach to problem-solving, focused on crafting practical solutions today that will age well
- Solid communication skills, characterised by positivity and empathy, capable of fostering change and building consensus across the organisation
