All about the role
We're got an exciting opportunity for a Senior Retention Executive to join our UK team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in being a part of strategies that fuel our customer base growth, supercharge order frequency, and keep our most valuable customers coming back for more.
You'll play a key part in managing our vouchering channel, assisting with campaign creation, budget tracking, and performance optimization. You'll also contribute to designing and delivering data-driven retention communications and customer journeys.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Retention Manager
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Champion customer-centric thinking in our the delivery of our retention marketing
- Build and deliver voucher campaigns to meet acquisition, retention, and growth goals.
- Forecast, monitor and report on costs and marketing outcomes of our voucher campaigns
- Design A/B tests in order to optimise our retention marketing and voucher campaigns
- Support with designing and delivering lifecycle communications for Just Eat customers to ensure that we are delivering the right message to the right customer, at the right time, in the right channels.
- Collaborate hand-in-hand with our CRM and marketing teams to deliver retention marketing campaigns.
- Be passionate about analysis, reporting and monitoring performance across campaigns, customers and promotions.
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience working in a customer-centric loyalty or CRM role
- Strong commercial understanding showing experience with budgets, metrics and numerical reporting
- Proficiency in customer journey design using CRM channels (email, SMS, app etc.)
- Ability to design A/B tests and interpret results
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working with a CRM platform - Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze preferred
- Proven ability to write marketing briefs and delivering CRM campaigns
