About the role
As a Network Efficiency Associate, your role is to enhance the efficiency and integrity of our courier network. You will achieve this by working closely with the Global Courier Operations team and local markets. A key part of your role will involve the implementation and optimisation of our biometrics programs. You will utilise and leverage existing datasets and analyses to drive improved outcomes from insights about our network, ensuring a secure and efficient operation.
You’ll be responsible for
Collaborate closely with the Global Network Efficiency team to contribute to the optimisation of our courier network.
Play a crucial role in implementing our next-generation biometrics features, ensuring accurate and fair resolution to maintain network integrity.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring adherence to compliance and legal standards post-rollout.
Provide analytical support to drive the implementation of strategies that improve courier segmentation and overall network efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
Explore opportunities around competitive benchmarking, insights gathering, and market comparison activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organisational competitiveness.
Integrate qualitative feedback from couriers, stakeholders, and other teams to inform product roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for network and process optimisation in line with compliance standards.
What will you bring to the table?
Solid skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with experience working with data. Experience in using SQL and an introduction to Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
A logical and structured mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop clear, data-driven solutions.
Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ability to independently drive multiple work streams within the operations domain.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at different levels
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals and improve overall team performance.
A self-starter with the motivation to take initiative and influence key stakeholders.
An understanding of courier operations and logistics or compliance processes is a plus but not mandatory, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - GSuite, Excel, SQL
Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with logistics, courier operations, or compliance-related projects is a plus but not mandatory.
