Join The Studio at Bath Spa University as a Creative Digital Learning Advisor and lead immersive technology initiatives that empower creative micro-businesses and practitioners. This dynamic role blends course development, hands-on workshops, and tech resource management to support the future of creative digital innovation. (This is a part time, 0.6, 12 month Fixed Term Contract that will be reviewed annually).

About the Role

You will lead immersive technologies to design and deliver engaging learning programmes for our Studio Residents and wider community. In this role, you’ll support micro-businesses in exploring and applying emerging tech, collaborate with university teams and external partners to create aligned learning opportunities, and facilitate hands-on workshops and events in immersive media. You’ll also manage our tech-loan library and help users get the most out of a range of immersive tools.

About You

Proven experience in immersive media and creative technology demonstration
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Passion for emerging technologies in the creative industries
Experience in university or innovation hub settings
Experience in immersive media and creative technology education
Understanding of the creative and tech funding landscape
