What you'll be doing
This is a critical leadership role with responsibilities that include owning the forward-looking Public Website plan, translating business priorities into a sequenced backlog, and leading annual and quarterly planning cadences to deliver measurable impact.
The role involves publishing clear plans, managing dependencies and governance processes, and integrating best practices. Ability to develop strategic plans, influence across teams, prioritise effectively, and maintain transparency is vital. Previous experience in content planning and strategic development is key.

What you’ll need!
- Plan Ownership: Build and manage forward-looking plans for the Public Website, aligning priorities with team capacity.
- Planning & Prioritisation: Develop and own transparent and robust cross-team prioritisation framework. Lead regular planning cadences, manage dependencies, and publish clear forward-looking roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence and coordinate across teams to deliver measurable impact and maintain transparency.
- Control Environment: Own and facilitate the processes governing the Public Website risk and control environment. Ensuring site content is re-evaluated on a regular basis to ensure compliance and shape future-fit controls.
- Governance & Approval Processes: Maintain robust governance to protect sprint capacity and uphold internal ways of working.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks to plan delivery and inform appropriate mitigation to uphold delivery assurance.
- Analytical Rigor: Use data and insights to inform prioritisation and optimise content strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion agile ways of working and drive enhancements in planning processes.
