JOB TITLE:Financial Crime Quality Assurance Analyst (Grade C)
SALARY:£33,203 – £34,950 pa
LOCATIONS:
Birmingham, Chester, Glasgow, Hove, Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Halifax, Newport, Cardiff
HOURS:Full-time – 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN:
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Our Financial Crime team are looking for6Quality Assurance Analyststo deliver independent oversight on customer account reviews across Consumer Relationships.
These roles are focused on supporting high-quality, consistent decision-making by ensuring reviews are aligned to policy, regulatoryrequirementsand risk standards.
As a Financial Crime Quality Assurance Analyst,you’llplayan important rolein reviewing case decisions,identifyingrisksand supporting improvements across Financial Crime Operations.
You’llwork closely with Team Managers, seniorcolleaguesand specialist teams to ensure consistent and effective quality assurance across the function.
