We're looking for someone who loves digging into data, spotting trends and turning information into real insight. As a Strategic Intelligence Analyst, you'll help us make sense of what's happening inside our business and across the wider market — bringing clarity, challenge and foresight to some of the most important decisions we make.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing strategy team where your work will have visibility at the highest level. If you're naturally curious, analytical and enjoy connecting the dots between data and strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
You'll play a key part in shaping the firm's strategic thinking by analysing a mix of internal performance data and external intelligence, from client feedback and market trends to competitor activity and regulatory developments. Your insights will help inform board discussions, support decision-making and highlight opportunities for growth or areas of risk.
You'll also contribute to the development of “board-ready” materials that turn analysis into clear, data-driven narratives. Alongside this, you'll help identify early warning indicators of change, contribute to scenario planning and forecasting, and work closely with teams across the business to ensure we're all aligned on the insights that matter most.
The role also includes helping to maintain and develop our internal dashboards and intelligence tools, making sure decision-makers have easy access to accurate, up-to-date information.
About You
You'll bring experience in strategy, business intelligence or a related field, and a strong analytical mindset. You'll be comfortable interpreting complex data, testing ideas and drawing conclusions that stand up to scrutiny. Experience in consulting, corporate strategy or market research would be useful, but more important is your ability to think critically and communicate your findings clearly.
You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident preparing reports and presentations for senior audiences. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or SQL will be a real advantage, as will an understanding of how external factors from economic trends to regulatory changes can influence business strategy.
A degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a similar discipline would be helpful, but what really matters is your curiosity, judgement and ability to turn intelligence into practical recommendations.
